Then come on out and join us for our Rooted n’ Rising Backyard Garden Work Party!
Participants will be prepping garden beds, mulching, composting, sowing seeds, sharing stories, and cultivating like our ancestors did. This space is open to our community, all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Please plan to arrive on time to get an overview of the daily garden work activities.
Our schedule will be:
9:00-9:15 Welcome and Orientation
9:15-11:45 Work & Learn block
11:45-12:15 Lunch
12:15-1:15 Work & Learn Block
1:15-1:30 Clean up/Q&A

The garden is located in a residential neighborhood on private property, please park on the street, & follow the signs to enter through the side gate.
