Mindfulness Mondays: Adult Healing Circle

What is a Healing Circle?

Healing circles are a safe & supportive space made up of peers who walk with each other through challenging times and experiences. Each circle is a blend of sharing & silence, compassion, and curiosity. This is “your” Healing Space! A space created for you to feel belonging, breathe, feel loved, be heard, validated, accepted, and understood. It is here you can feel connected and not alone so you can experience the measure of peace and the fullness of yourself while becoming self-aware and promoting your personal growth. In this reflective, creative, healing space is created to give you a voice to openly talk about the unspoken dwelling deep within without judgment. You will be guided to facilitate your own self-healing, emotional expression, and learning by participating in topic-based conversations and release creative energy. Most important of all, you will not feel alone because you will be connected with many going through them same life experiences. You are not alone here!

How are these offered?

They are currently offered virtually via zoom. This is a closed group that meets the last Monday of the month.

Who can attend?

BIPOC identifying, 18+. You must pre-register every month to get zoom link for the circle.

Who facilitates these healing circles?

A variety of host and guardians are trained through the Healing Circles Global Network. If you are interested in becoming a host and/or guardian you can sign up through them to attend their virtual 3-week training.
